Matt has 6 years’ experience in the dairy industry, having come through Fonterra’s Technical Graduate Programme in 2012. He quickly moved into areas of business expertise.
Matt has experience in corporate finance, business valuation, asset optimisation, strategic planning and implementation. This is complimented by a strong technical background, having worked as an engineer in heavy, process, precision and aerospace engineering.

Ethan is a product development engineer having taken consumer appliances from drawing board all the way to full scale production.
He has also worked in the heavy engineering and pyrotechnics industry creating custom solutions to industrial engineering problems and compelling pyrotechnic displays.
Ethan has been instrumental in transforming innovative ideas at New Zealand Experimental to working solutions.
